We get asked to help some big brands with their funky projects - like lighting up product launches for Mole Energy's SmartFlower, the world's first all-in-one solar power system!

This project was just as exciting, and we got some great images from it that we wanted to share with you...

Meet the BAC Mono, the fastest accelerating rear-wheel-drive car in the world (from 0-60mph in 2.7 seconds - AutoCar, 2018). British-built with just over 100 of them ever made, it is truly a work of art. And that's before the artist flew in from Germany.

For this one in particular has been given a unique paint job, changing it from being already extremely rare to now become actually one-of-a-kind. René Turrek treated the little beast to a UV-reactive coat, making it glow in the dark like a 280bhp firefly.

Ready to be released for sale at a prestigious motor show, first they need to advertise it. So to show it off in all it's glory, the manufacturers brought in Spectrum DJ & Lighting Hire to assist with the photo shoot.

Check out the slideshow below! To make the whites and bright colours pop, we provided a UV Flood to wash a large area and a UV Bar to focus on the more intricate details, creating these stunning images of a beautiful monster. Then we grabbed our Wireless Tubes and let these talented guys run around with them to create some impressive long-exposure effects.

We've since added to our collection of blacklights, with two RGB+UV par cans shining the full range of colours including ultraviolet. So if you're interested in using them for your own project, even if you just want to book us for a neon rave or glow party, get in touch to see how we can help!
